At My Portrait Shop, we strive to deliver your custom orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Custom Products: Each order is made-to-order. Processing typically takes 1-5 business days from the time of payment confirmation.
  • Design Proofs (if applicable): Orders requiring proof approval may experience additional processing time based on the approval timeline.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (domestic orders).
    • International Shipping: 10-21 business days (depending on destination).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the package, and the selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on specific products or for orders exceeding a certain value.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. International Shipping

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at pod.tiksom@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
